Nightwear is a category most women buy on autopilot. Marjolaine anchors the edit. The French house works almost exclusively in silk and French Calais lace, and builds full collections around both — camisoles and silk shorts, chemises, babydolls, slip dresses, long nightdresses, robes, kimonos. Lise Charmel brings its embroidery into loungewear with a lighter register than its lingerie: camisole and short sets, slips, pieces meant to be worn at home rather than under something else. Simone Pérèle sits between the two, with a cleaner, more architectural take on the category.
