Standard Despatch Hours

• Same-Day Despatch: Order by 3:30 PM (UK Time), Monday to Friday, for same-day despatch via Royal Mail.

• Orders placed after 3:30 PM, or on weekends and UK public holidays, will be processed the following working day.

• USA (Delivered Duties Paid): Royal Mail Tracked ($19.00 USD). Note: Maximum basket value is $800 USD per order.

• Other International: Royal Mail Tracked or DHL Express Worldwide. Prices are calculated at checkout based on location and volume.

• EU Delivery: Please note we are not currently shipping to the EU.

Import Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

• UK Orders: All orders shipped within the UK include UK VAT, charged by NK Retail Group Ltd.

• USA Orders: US orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). You will not face any additional customs charges upon delivery.

• Other International Orders: For all other international destinations, customers are responsible for any local import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order, as NK Retail Group Ltd is not responsible for these additional charges.
