Libertine En Fleurs Shorty

Libertine en Fleurs is the Lise Charmel summer collection — printed embroidery on pale pistachio tulle for the corsetry, in a floral palette of pink bougainvillea, mauve bellflower and green foliage. The technique is a Lise Charmel innovation: ecru thread embroidered onto dyed tulle, then digitally printed in gradient colour, so the flowers carry shading and depth that conventional embroidery can't reach. Embroidery technique designed in Switzerland.

The shorty is the fullest piece in the collection's bottoms — the most generous coverage, with the embroidered floral motif worked across the front and the scalloped trim continuing along the hips.

The front is pistachio tulle with a large floral motif at the centre and foliage spreading toward the legs. Embroidered side panels with scalloped edges. The back is light tulle, folded for a clean line, with a small satin bow at the centre. Low-waisted, with the leg cut shorter than a brief — sitting between a brief and a French knicker.

Worn day to day with either the half-cup or the contour bra. The everyday choice for those who prefer fuller coverage without losing the embroidered front.
