Orders placed after 3:30 PM Monday to Friday, or on weekends and UK public holidays, will be processed the following working day.

UK Orders: All orders shipped within the UK include UK VAT, charged by NK Retail Group Ltd.
USA Orders: US orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). You will not face any additional customs charges upon delivery.
Other International Orders: For all other international destinations, customers are responsible for any local import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees.
