Style Guide
Cupless Bra |
This is usually worn as erotic lingerie as there is no cup support, the nipples are exposed. This is also known as an open up bra. |
Balconette Bra |
Very similar to the half cup bra. The middle of the bra is slightly different in design to the half cup and can appear not to be as straight across the breasts and the chest below, this helps to add shape to the bust line. |
Bandeau Bra |
A band of material that wraps around your breasts. Most of them do not have hook and eye fasteners at the back so are put on by pulling them over your head. They are a bit like tube tops but in more of a bra style. |
DD+ Bra |
Offer more support for larger cup sizes, we have various styles available. |
Full Cup Bra |
Gives full coverage and maximum support. Especially good for larger cup sizes. Great to wear under t-shirts. |
Half Cup Bra |
Also known as a demi bra offers less coverage for an extremely seductive cleavage. Most suited to small-medium cup sizes. |
Halter Neck Bra |
The straps on this bra fasten behind the neck. These styles are sometimes convertible, converting to strapless, regular and criss-cross. |
Non-Wired Bra |
Offers added support due to the wide sides and an underbust band and more breast coverage. |
Triangle Bra |
These bras normally have thin straps, featuring triangular shape, and typically soft cups. They are generally made for petite figures and smaller cup sizes. |
Push-Up Bra |
Push-up bras are designed to show off cleavage and always offer lots of support. These bras lift the breasts and add shape to them with extra padding. |
Quarter Cup Bra |
A definite must-have for seduction, not for everyday wear. Quarter cup bras are similar to a half-cup bra, but as the name suggests, cups are half the size offering even less coverage. Reduced space between the cup's to help push upwards and inwards, creating a fabulous cleavage. |
Strapless Bra |
As the name suggests: no straps, although often comes with matching or clear straps so you have the option to convert when needed. Generally has rubberized or silicone beading inside to hold it in place on your body. |
Underwired Bra |
A sewn-in moulded wiring that runs beneath the breast in the bra cups, to help lift and separate the bust line for enhanced shape and support. Underwiring is generally made from metal or plastic. |
Brazilian |
Offer less coverage than a Full Knickers but more than a Thong. The back can vary according to the designer but offers a full crotch. Similar to a Bikini shape. |
Brief |
Rest at the waist and has full bottom coverage with a low leg line. This style of knickers offers more coverage in general than a G-String and Thong. |
G-String |
No rear coverage, similar to a thong, but with less material. The perfect way to eliminate visible panty lines. |
Shorty |
Generally low rise, with square cut sides. Perfect alternative for classic knickers, and generally prevent visible panty lines. More of a boy-cut shape. |
Thong |
Minimal material leaves the buttocks exposed. A thong has slightly more fabric at the back than a G-string. |
Babydoll |
Sort night-dresses, generally with pretty detail such as lace, bows, ribbons, and ruffles. |
Body |
One piece garment, generally in a leotard shape. |
Garter Belt |
Used to keep stockings up, also known as a Suspender belt. A fabulous piece to be worn along with a matching set. |
Pasties |
Adhesive coverings applied to cover your nipples. Pasties are usually applied with a special tape or glue. Very seductive. |
Hold Ups |
Similar to stockings, except don't need to be worn with a garter belt as they stay up on their own. |
Stockings |
Hosiery which reaches the thighs and should be worn with a garter/ suspender belt to keep them up. |
