IMPORT TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS FEES
- NK Retail Group Ltd charges UK VAT on orders being shipped within the UK.
- European Union orders: As of Monday 20th November 2023, taxes are now included on EU orders up to €150 EUR ex Tax. We are currently unable to accept orders above this amount.
- If you are shopping from outside of the UK and EU, please check your local import taxes and duties prior to placing your order. The customer is responsible for paying import taxes, duties and customs fees, NK Retail Group Ltd is not responsible for any of these fees.

However, international delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date: Large orders, customs clearance, credit card authorisation, and verification may all delay delivery of your order.
All products and sizes which are listed on Naughty Knickers are held in stock. If on the off-chance our website hasn't updated and a product/size which you have ordered has gone out of stock we will notify you by email.
